2. Nature of the services
KH Turizem d.o.o. organises and delivers business events exclusively for legal entities and sole traders acquiring the service for the purposes of their trade, business, craft or profession, on the basis of a written framework agreement between KH Turizem d.o.o. and the client. The company does not contract with consumers and does not sell its programmes to private individuals.
 
3. Accommodation
Accommodation is neither part of the programme nor part of the event price. At the client’s request, KH Turizem d.o.o. reserves and pays for accommodation and other third-party services in the client’s name and for the client’s account; the contract for those services is concluded between the client and the provider, and the provider issues its invoice directly to the client.
 
4. This website is not an offer
Programme descriptions, price ranges and other information on this website constitute an invitation to submit an enquiry and not a binding offer (Article 22(3) of the Slovenian Code of Obligations, Obligacijski zakonik). Only a written offer issued by KH Turizem d.o.o. to an individual client is binding. Submitting the enquiry form does not conclude a contract and does not secure a date.
 
5. Value added tax
The prices stated on this website are starting prices exclusive of value added tax. VAT is charged at the applicable rate in accordance with the Slovenian Value Added Tax Act (Zakon o davku na dodano vrednost, ZDDV-1). For clients established outside the Republic of Slovenia, the place of supply and the VAT treatment are determined for each transaction individually.
 
6. General Terms and Conditions
Every order is subject to the General Terms and Conditions published on this website, which supplement the framework agreement and the individual confirmation of date (Article 120 of the Slovenian Code of Obligations).

The content has been prepared with the greatest possible care; KH Turizem d.o.o. nevertheless gives no warranty as to its completeness or currency and reserves the right to amend it at any time without prior notice. Photographs are illustrative.

All events are carried out exclusively on the basis of a previously concluded framework contract for the organization of business events and related travel between KH Turizem d.o.o. and the client, who acts for the purposes of his gainful activity (third indent of the second paragraph of Article 171 of the ZVPot-1). We do not offer or sell tourist packages to consumers; the presentations on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.
