We drive small groups and never two clients at once. The exact number of participants we can take on a given date is confirmed in the offer.
The main season runs from spring to autumn. Dates outside that period depend on the weather and on partner availability and are agreed separately.
Buggy driving throughout the programme with our driver, transfers between locations by buggy during the event, visits to winemakers and tastings, and food prepared by local restaurateurs. The exact content is set out in the confirmed programme.
No. Our drivers take the wheel throughout. This is deliberate: none of your guests is tied to driving, so everyone can take part in the tastings.
On public roads, panoramic tracks and wine roads. The buggy is our principal means of transport — it covers the scenic leg as well as the transfers between cellars and locations, in the evening as well.
Stops include wine tastings, presentations by local winemakers, culinary experiences, viewpoints, and relaxed socializing.
Yes. The one-day and two-day formats have a defined structure that we adapt to the objectives of the event. The three-day format is designed entirely to the client's requirements.
If the weather does not allow the drives to be carried out safely, we replace the affected part of the programme with an equivalent one or move the date. The decision is taken together with your contact person, as early as possible.
External local restaurateurs, winemakers and farms we work with. KH Turizem d.o.o. does not operate a catering business — it organises the programme and makes sure everything fits into one day.
Accommodation is not part of the event price. If you wish, we make the reservation and the payment in your name and for your account; the provider issues its invoice directly to your company.
Transfers between locations during the event are included. The means of transport for each part of the programme is set out in the confirmed programme.
No. All necessary basic equipment is provided. We recommend comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for outdoor activities.
Comfortable shoes and clothing suited to the weather, and sun protection. Everything else is taken care of. We send the details to your contact person before the event.
Activities that require concentration take place before the first glass; the sequence is set out in the programme. Only our drivers drive. We hold a short safety briefing before the start.

No. There is no online payment and no calendar booking on this website. A date is confirmed only in writing by both parties.

The published price is a starting price; the final price depends on the format, the number of participants and the content of the programme, and is stated in the offer. All prices are exclusive of VAT — VAT is charged at the applicable rate and is shown on the offer and on the invoice.
Against a proforma invoice, by bank transfer: part on confirmation of the date, the balance before the event. The exact shares and deadlines are set out in the General Terms and Conditions and in the offer.
